Our Story

October 2004 is when it all began. Rapture the Band was formed — making music to the Lord, inviting audiences to worship God in spirit and truth, and to have an experience of being caught up in the air with the LORD. We always believed that God brought us together not looking at our abilities, but because we were available for Him.

God drew us closer, depositing a passion for HIM — to sing for HIM, to make music for HIM, to worship HIM. Over the years, we have ministered to thousands of children, youth, and adults across UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, the US, and India.

God also moved us to form Rapture Angels to teach young ones the Word of God, and Rapture Couples Fellowship for young couples to study God's Word together. By HIS grace, we have grown from a band of musicians into a full ministerial calling. To this day, our Fellowship meets every Saturday at 6:30 PM GST.

For the past 18 years, by GOD's mighty grace alone, we have been studying and teaching the Word of GOD, leading worship, and supporting ministries and NGOs back in India.

2004 Rapture the Band is born — worshipping the Lord across the UAE and beyond.
2006+ Rapture Angels formed — teaching God's Word to children and youth.
2010+ Rapture Couples Fellowship launched — young families growing in God's Word together.
2015 Compassion Projects begin — partnering with Navjeevan Center and YWAM India.
2018 Expanded partnerships with Bishara Mission and Youth For Mission (YFM) Kerala.
2020+ COVID response — supporting 130+ families and hundreds of children across India.

The backbone of the Ministry. We study God's Word and fellowship with believers of various denominations every Saturday at 6:30 PM GST. All are welcome to grow in the Word of God.

Compassion Project Partners

YWAM Delhi & Lonavala, India

A missionary organization training, equipping, and sending out young leaders to share the Gospel. Rapture partnered to:
  • Medical & food support for 90 families and 45 pre-school kids in the Rohingyas Refugees Project
  • Support for Mercy Mission home in Lonavala
  • Support for YWAM Lonavala campus and discipleship training center
  • Blanket distribution for the homeless in New Delhi during winter

Navjeevan Center & Navodhya Ragpicker Project, Mumbai

A flagship mission of the Mumbai Diocese of the Mar Thoma Church — working with abused women and supporting children in the red-light district of Mumbai.

Bishara Mission Project, Malappuram, Kerala
